Our in-house team delivered a complete design-and-build package for this project, managing every stage — from structural design and building control compliance to detailed working drawings. The brief was to create a loft flooded with natural light and ventilation, while seamlessly blending with the home’s existing character.
To achieve the required head height in the loft rooms, we carefully lowered the first-floor ceilings and reconfigured internal walls to ensure the new staircase integrated flawlessly. The result is a beautifully proportioned master bedroom with a luxurious en-suite.
